These figures are not guarantees of wages. As the restaurant business is seasonal, these figures are likely to shift season by season. These figures are a sample based on pay from December 2021 to April 2022. Our Servers have made an average hourly rate of $17.89/hr (including tips) in 2022. In 2022, our average Server made a minimum of $16.52/hr and a maximum of $19.31/hr per pay period. These averages include hourly wages plus tips (including credit cards plus an estimated $1/hr cash tips). The following figures below are hourly averages our Servers and Bartender/Takeout Specialists were paid. It is our goal to make sure our pay matches staff expectations.
